1. Individual photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. In no circumstances will check-in be permitted without valid government-issued identification.
2. Accommodation at the hotel must be reserved in advance through our website or the resort booking office.
3. Any sub-letting of the rented rooms, surfaces, or spaces for any purpose is strictly prohibited.
4. Guests are advised that any damage to hotel property will incur charges as per the fixed tariff. In such cases, the hotel authority reserves the right to charge the guest accordingly, and its decision shall be final.
5. Tariff is applicable per day from 12:30 P.M. to 10:30 A.M. the following day or part thereof.
6. All rooms are fully furnished with beds, linens, attached bathrooms with modern sanitary fittings, Cable TV, and intercom systems.
7. Tea, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available at an extra cost. Cooking and outside food are strictly not allowed within the hotel premises or rooms.
8. Guests above 8 years of age will be considered adult guests.
9. Any loss or damage of articles supplied will be charged as per the price list available at the hotel counter.
10. Guests do not have any claim to a specific room unless it has been confirmed by the hotel.
11. Extension of booking is allowed subject to availability of rooms or suites.
12. No items including bed linens, towels, chairs, etc., should be taken outside the hotel campus.
13. Rooms and hotel property must be maintained in good condition during the stay and at the time of check-out.
14. The management reserves the right to cancel or refuse any reservation without assigning any reason whatsoever.
15. Guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID and address proof at the time of check-in. (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Passport & Visa / Driving License). PAN Card is not accepted as valid ID proof.
16. Visitors or relatives are not allowed inside rooms or suites after 10:00 PM.
17. The management does not accept responsibility for any cash, jewellery, cheque, or other valuables of the occupants.
18. Pet animals are strictly not allowed.
19. GST charges are applicable on accommodation and food services.
20. Check-in time is 12:30 P.M. and check-out time is 10:30 A.M.
21. Special rates are applicable during Holi and Poush Mela.

Swimming Pool & Mandatory Compliance Policy

1. Swimming pool timing is strictly from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Pool access beyond these hours is not allowed under any circumstances.
2. Proper swimming costume is mandatory for pool usage. Only synthetic materials are permitted. Guests must wear both upper and lower swimwear for pool access. Entry to the pool is not allowed without proper attire.
