Cancellation Policy
- A reservation shall be confirmed only upon receipt of 100% advance payment.
- Once a booking is confirmed, it is strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
- All requests for date modifications must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. Requests received within 72 hours of check-in will not be considered.
